Why, when updating the plugin, do I get an error message saying it can't copy the files?
Solution
You will receive this message if a portion of the technology is still running on your computer. Ensure that any tcConference application (desktop sharing, for example) has been stopped. Then click the Retry option. If the problem persists, reboot your computer and reinstall the plugin.
