Community Builder Introduction

Talking Communities' "Community Builder" adds a front-end to the tcConference Technology, the purpose being to build a community environment. Individuals request membership into the community and, once registered, members have immediate access to all of the community's rooms. The community administrator creates rooms for the community, assigns members as either moderators or non-moderators, and otherwise manages the community.
