Add a Personal Touch with Logos

Within the Room Administration site, specific logos may be inserted in the following areas:

  • "in Client" Will display the chosen logo in the tcConference room, appearing in the same area as the audio indicators. Depending on the size of the text chat window, the logo may have to be "scrolled" to be seen in its entirety.
  • "in Web" Will display the chosen logo on the login page.
  • "in Client Login" Will place the selected logo on the login form.

Setting Up and Using Logos

Two steps are necessary to display logos.
  • Step 1: Move the JPG or GIF logo file to your webserver.
  • Step 2: Specify the URL for the logo in the Room Administration site.

Assuming you have a logo file "inclientlogo.jpg" in the directory "logos" on your webserver for the "in Client" logo, you would insert "http://www.yourdomain.com/logos/inclientlogo.jpg" in the field for the "in Client" logo.

Example

To illustrate, following is a link to a test logo. It consists of rectangles of different sizes - the size of each rectangle is shown in the image. By using this reference file as the URL for the 3 logo settings, the portion of the sample logo that will be displayed (in each case) can be observed.
