Document Center Overview

Solution The Document Center is a powerful tool for managing documents and archives/recordings. In order to "push" documents to room attendees, these documents must first be in HTML format. The Document Center will convert different popular file types, such as PowerPoint and Word, into HTML format, and then upload them to the Document Center web space (one gigabyte free space in every room). Other documents may also be uploaded, but will remain in their original format.
